72 Hr Fast Ship Requirements

• "72 Hr Fast Ship Program" must appear in the subject line of the purchase order.
• The applicable Fast Ship item number must be used when placing the order.
• Complete purchase order, payment and production-ready artwork must be received by 2:00 PM EST.
• Orders must be emailed to both orders@fiel.com and oc@fiel.com.
• A proof will be provided for reference only. No proof approval is required. Artwork accuracy is the customer's responsibility.
• Orders placed through this program will ship via UPS or FedEx only.
• Established credit terms or credit card payment are required at the time the order is placed.
• The customer's account must be current and in good standing.
• Fast Ship products cannot be combined with regular lead-time products on the same purchase order.
• FIEL is not responsible for shipment delays caused by discrepancies in artwork and/or the purchase order.
• Maximum Fast Ship quantities are limited to the last published quantity column for the applicable product.
