When Timing Matters
Our 48 Hour Quick Ship program is designed for time-sensitive orders that need accelerated production. To keep your order moving without delay, follow the requirements below when submitting your purchase order and artwork.
2 Business Days
Eligible Quick Ship items are scheduled to ship within two business days when program requirements are met.
Order Cut-Off
Complete PO, payment and production-ready artwork must be received by 2:00 p.m. EST.
Correct Item Number
The applicable Quick Ship item number must be used when placing the order.
Production-Ready Artwork
Submit complete, accurate artwork that is ready for production to avoid delays.
How to Place a Quick Ship Order
Follow these steps to help ensure your order qualifies for accelerated production.
Select an Eligible Quick Ship Product
Choose a product specifically listed as part of the 48 Hr Quick Ship program and use its Quick Ship item number on your purchase order.
Identify the Order as Quick Ship
Include “48 Hr Quick Ship” in the subject line of your purchase order.
Submit Everything by 2:00 p.m. EST
FIEL must receive the complete purchase order, required payment and production-ready artwork by the daily cut-off.
Send the Order to Both Email Addresses
Email your order to orders@fiel.com and oc@fiel.com.
48 Hour Quick Ship Requirements
Please review these conditions before submitting a Quick Ship order.
“48 Hr Quick Ship” must appear in the subject line of the purchase order.
The applicable Quick Ship item number must be used when placing the order.
Complete purchase order, payment and production-ready artwork must be received by 2:00 p.m. EST.
Orders must be emailed to orders@fiel.com and oc@fiel.com.
A proof is provided for reference only. Approval is not required. Artwork accuracy is the customer's responsibility.
Quick Ship orders will ship via UPS or FedEx only.
Established credit terms or credit card payment at the time of order placement are required.
The customer's account must be current and in good standing.
Quick Ship program items cannot be combined with regular lead-time items on the same purchase order.
FIEL is not responsible for shipment delays resulting from discrepancies with the artwork and/or purchase order.
Order quantities are limited to the maximum quantity shown in the last quantity column for the applicable product.
A limited number of Quick Ship orders can be processed each day. The program is subject to availability.
The 48 Hour Quick Ship timeline applies only when all program requirements are met. Incomplete orders, artwork issues or purchase order discrepancies may delay production and shipment.
