One-Year Product Hardware Warranty
Eligible display hardware includes a one-year parts and labor warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Hardware determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
Coverage applies only to products whose individual product page links to or identifies the One-Year Product Hardware Warranty. This warranty covers eligible hardware; it does not extend coverage to printed graphics.
Accidents, abuse or misuse, and normal wear and tear are excluded. Review the full warranty terms before submitting a claim.
From Product Selection to Production
1. Select Your Display
Choose the format, size and construction. Check whether you are ordering a complete kit, hardware or replacement graphics, and review what is included.
2. Log In & Place Your Order
Use your approved distributor account to view net pricing, select production options and place your order.
3. Upload Your Artwork
Download the selected product's artwork template and upload your prepared artwork with the order details. Use the template for the exact size and layout requirements.
Artwork upload requires an approved distributor login linked to your company.

Where can I view distributor net pricing?
Log in with your approved distributor account, then open the product you are interested in. You can review net pricing, select available options and place your order.
Do all listings include the hardware and printed graphic?
No. The collection includes different listing types, including complete display kits and replacement graphics. Check the selected product's description and included components before ordering.
Can I order replacement graphics for existing hardware?
Replacement graphics are available for selected display systems. Confirm the exact model, size and attachment method against the product specifications before ordering.
What warranty is included with display hardware?
Eligible hardware includes a one-year parts and labor warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Coverage applies only when the individual product page links to or identifies this warranty. Review the One-Year Product Hardware Warranty for eligible hardware categories, terms and exclusions.
How do I submit artwork?
Use the selected product's artwork template to prepare your file, then upload your artwork with the order details. The Artwork Upload page is available to approved distributors logged in and linked to their company.
Are rush production options available?
Selected event displays offer 72-hour, 48-hour or 24-hour production options. Check the individual product page for availability and requirements. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
