Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Artwork for Existing Orders

Large Artwork Files
If your artwork files are too large to upload directly, you can share them using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another file-sharing service.
Simply paste your file-sharing link into the Artwork Upload form, along with your company name and purchase order number.

Tent Kit Warranty
Eligible FIEL tent kits include separate warranty coverage for the tent frame, canopy and included accessories.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product page specifically links to or identifies the Tent Kit Warranty
Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.
What Is Covered?
- Eligible tent frame hardware under the Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty
- Tent canopy for one year
- Soft case with wheels for one year
- Stake kit for one year
- Parts and labor for covered defects in material and workmanship
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

15' Premium Sublimated Tent Kit – Aluminum Frame & Canopy Only
Our 15' Premium Sublimated Tent Kit pairs a custom sublimated canopy with a premium 40mm aluminum frame, giving more room and far more branding space than a 10' tent.
Full-Color, Edge-to-Edge Sublimation
The white canopy is dye-sublimated full color and full bleed on all four sides, top and valances included.
Premium 600D Polyester Canopy
The premium 600 denier polyester canopy is water resistant, with reinforced stitching.
Flame-Retardant Canopy
It is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1, as many trade shows, convention centers, and indoor venues require.
Premium 40mm Aluminum Frame
The premium 40mm anodized aluminum crank-up frame has hexagon legs and pinch-free height levers for a sleek, professional setup.
Larger Event Footprint
The larger footprint fits multiple tables, displays, demos, registration, staff, or seating, and stands out at crowded events.
