Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

- Tent canopy for one year
- Soft case with wheels for one year
- Stake kit for one year
- Parts and labor for covered defects in material and workmanship
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

The expanded footprint provides more room for staff, displays, products, guests, equipment, and event activities while giving your organization significantly more branding space than a standard smaller tent.
Full-Color, Edge-to-Edge Sublimation
Your custom graphics are dye-sublimated directly into the premium polyester canopy for vibrant, high-resolution color and a professional finish.
The canopy starts as white fabric and is custom sublimated with your artwork. Full-color, full-bleed printing is available across all four sides, including the top canopy and valances.
Showcase logos, corporate colors, photography, sponsor branding, patterns, promotional messages, product graphics, or completely custom artwork throughout the canopy for maximum visibility.
Premium 600D Polyester Canopy
The canopy is constructed from premium 600 denier polyester fabric designed for repeated event use.
The durable material is water resistant and helps provide protection against rain and other outdoor elements.
Reinforced premium stitching adds durability in key areas of the canopy, helping create a professional tent suitable for demanding event environments.
Flame-Retardant Canopy
The premium polyester canopy is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1 requirements.
This is an important consideration for many trade shows, convention centers, schools, universities, and indoor event venues where flame-retardant display fabrics may be required.
Premium 40mm Aluminum Frame
This kit includes a premium 40mm anodized aluminum frame designed to provide a strong, professional-quality support structure for the custom canopy.
