Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

10' Exhibitor Expanding Display Kit — Media Wall and Backdrop with Full Colour Graphics, No Setup Charge
A complete 10' x 8' media wall: an expanding aluminum frame on adjustable telescopic poles, a dye-sublimated full colour graphic, and a soft case with carry bag. It arrives ready to hand-assemble, with no setup charge.
Ideal for press conferences and media walls, step-and-repeat photo lines, award ceremonies, product launches, standard 10' trade show booths, conference stages, recruitment fairs, and retail and lobby activations.
Ten Feet Fills the Camera Frame
Ten feet of width is enough for two or three people to stand in front of the wall with branding still visible either side of them — which is what a step-and-repeat has to do to be worth the floor space.
It is also the standard trade show booth width, so the wall fills the back of a 10' x 10' space edge to edge without leaving venue drape showing at the corners.
Telescopic Poles Adjust Width and Height
The expanding frame and telescopic poles let you set the wall to the room rather than the other way round — useful across a season of venues with different ceiling heights and back wall widths.
The frame collapses for transport, so a ten-foot wall still packs into a case one person can carry.
Corrosion-Resistant Aluminum for Repeat Travel
The aluminum frame is treated to resist heat and corrosion, which is what a display needs when it works under hot lights, gets packed away damp, and sits in storage between shows.
No tools are needed to assemble it, so any member of booth staff can put the wall up and take it down.
Dye-Sublimated Graphics Photograph Cleanly
The graphic is dye-sublimated onto premium polyester, so the ink sits in the fibres and the surface reads matte under lighting instead of flaring back at a camera the way laminated vinyl does.
Tensioned across the frame, the fabric pulls flat and folding creases relax out — so the wall looks installed rather than unpacked.
Case, Bag, and a Year of Warranty
A soft case and carry bag are included, and the hardware carries a one-year warranty. Replacement graphics are available separately, and the same kit comes in 5' and 8' widths for smaller spaces.
