Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

10' Straight Wall Pop-Up Display Kit with Wrap End Caps — 120"W x 90"H, Superior Block Out Fabric
The wrapped version of our full-width pop-up wall in block-out fabric: 120" wide by 90" high, no-tool aluminum frame, a full-colour graphic that continues around the end caps, and a carry case. No setup charge.
Ideal for corner and aisle-end trade show booths, island layouts, conference and event backdrops, press and photo walls, retail floors, showrooms, and lobby displays where the sides of the wall are visible.
Wrap End Caps Cover the Exposed Sides
The fabric continues around the end caps rather than stopping at the frame edge, so the wall reads as a finished three-sided structure instead of a flat panel with hardware showing at the returns.
At ten feet wide that detail is more visible, not less — a wall this size is usually approached from an angle before it is seen head-on.
Zero Light-Through Across Ten Feet
An opaque black backing stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall shows as a shadow or a bright patch, and deep brand tones stay solid rather than translucent.
Over a span this wide, any light bleed would appear as an uneven patch in the middle of your largest branded surface — and on the wrapped sides, where light catches from an angle, it would show first.
Graphics Wrap the Whole Structure
Printing runs edge to edge with no white border anywhere, including the returns, so the wall is branded from every approach.
Dye sublimation bonds ink into the fibres, so the face reads matte under hall lighting and there is nothing on the surface to crack or peel.
No-Tool Assembly, Case Included
The aluminum frame pops up and assembles by hand in minutes, and the premium fabric tensions taut so folding creases relax out without steaming.
Everything packs into the included case for transport and storage between shows.
Replaceable Graphics
Replacement wrap-style panels are available separately, so the frame keeps earning while the artwork changes. Note that wrap and flat-face panels are not interchangeable — order the style your frame takes. A 7.5' width is available for tighter booths.
