Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

10' Premium Sublimated Tent Kit — Premium 40mm Aluminum Frame and Canopy

What's Included in This Kit
This kit includes the premium 40mm anodized aluminum frame and your fully sublimated 10' x 10' canopy. A wheeled carry bag and ground stake kit are not included with this configuration, making it a cost-effective choice if you already own those accessories or need replacement graphics on a premium frame.
Minimum order is one kit, and the price includes full-colour, full-bleed sublimated graphics on all four sides of the canopy.
Full-Colour, Edge-to-Edge Sublimation
Your artwork is dye-sublimated directly into the canopy fabric for vibrant, high-resolution colour that will not crack, peel, or flake with repeated use.
The canopy starts as white fabric and is custom printed with your graphics. Full-bleed printing is available across all four sides, including the top canopy and valances — giving you virtually unlimited freedom for logos, brand colours, photography, patterns, sponsor panels, and promotional messaging.

Premium 600D Polyester Canopy
The canopy is constructed from premium 600 denier polyester engineered for repeated event use. The material is water resistant and helps protect against rain, wind-blown moisture, and general outdoor exposure.
Reinforced premium stitching adds strength and durability at the corners and other high-stress areas of the canopy.
The canopy is also flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1 requirements — an important consideration for many trade shows, convention centres, schools, universities, and indoor venues.
Premium 40mm Aluminum Frame
The included frame is our premium 40mm anodized aluminum hardware with durable hexagon-shaped legs for added rigidity.
Aluminum construction gives you a strong, professional-grade framework that stays easier to transport and handle than heavier steel tent options.
