The fabric compliance report linked for tablecloths on our Compliance page records an NFPA 701 pass. Use the report when preparing fabric documentation for your client's exhibit venue or event organizer.
The same document also includes CAN/CGSB-4.2 No. 27.5-2023 testing. Review the report to confirm the tested fabric applies to your selected product.

Common Questions
What is the difference between drape, fitted and stretch styles?
Drape styles hang loosely over the table. Fitted styles create a tailored box shape with straight sides. Stretch styles fit closely around the table for a sculpted presentation. Choose the format that suits the event and confirm the selected product's table dimensions.
When should I choose an open back?
An open back is useful when staff need to sit behind the table or access items underneath. A closed back provides coverage on all four sides when the table is visible from multiple directions.
Can one tablecloth fit both 6-foot and 8-foot tables?
Selected convertible tablecloths are designed to convert between 8-foot and 6-foot tables. Standard fitted and stretch covers should be ordered for their specified table dimensions.
How do I choose a table runner?
Choose the panel width and coverage your client needs. The collection includes front-and-top runners and longer options covering the front, top and back. Confirm the table height and dimensions against the selected runner size.
Where can I find the NFPA 701 report?

How do I submit artwork?
Download the selected product's artwork template, then upload your prepared artwork with the order details through the Artwork Upload page. An approved distributor login linked to your company is required.
Are rush production options available?
Selected tablecloths and runners offer 72-hour, 48-hour or 24-hour production options. Check the product page for availability and requirements. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
