From Your First Request to Your Finished Order
Find the right way to place an order, submit artwork, request a virtual sample and review our ordering policies. FIEL sells exclusively to promotional product and display distributors.
Order online for immediate processing. Log in to your approved distributor account to view your applicable net pricing and place your order. Online orders enter our order-processing workflow right away.
Order review & payment
Online orders are submitted for review. Payment instructions or a payment link will be provided after review, according to your account terms. Immediate order processing does not mean production has started. Production begins once the applicable artwork, payment and credit requirements have been met.

Online Orders
Online ordering is our preferred way to receive your order and gets processing started right away. Log in to your approved distributor account, select your product and production option, and submit your order for review.
Check your selected SKU, quantity, artwork instructions, shipping address and required delivery date before submitting.
Email Purchase Orders
You may also email purchase orders to orders@fiel.com. Please include your company name, PO number, product SKU, quantity, production option, shipping details, required delivery date and artwork whenever possible.
Use the dedicated forms above for virtual sample requests, separately submitted artwork, and product information or quote requests.

Production Times & Rush Options
Refer to the selected product and production option for the applicable lead time. Most decorated products have a standard production time of five business days after artwork and credit approval. Most blank products ship within one business day; check the individual product page for details.
Seasonal demand, order quantity, incomplete information, artwork revisions and payment or credit delays may affect timing. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Rush orders: Select the correct eligible product and production option, and follow the relevant program's ordering instructions. Artwork, proof and payment requirements may differ from standard orders. Same-day shipping means dispatch from FIEL, not same-day delivery.
Artwork & Electronic Proofs
Production-ready artwork helps avoid delays and gives your project the best possible print result. Use the correct product template and supply clear placement instructions.
- Preferred file formats are EPS, AI or PDF, with text converted to outlines, curves or paths.
- Supply raster artwork at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher at its intended print size. High-resolution JPEG files may be suitable for photographs.
- RGB colours and HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift during conversion.
- When submitting artwork separately, use the Artwork Upload form and include your company name and order or PO reference.

Artwork Recreation & Vectorization
If artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(G) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Applicable charges will be confirmed before we proceed.
Electronic Proofs
Your first electronic proof is provided at no charge. Additional proof revisions are charged at $12.50(G) each. For standard decorated orders, production begins after artwork and credit approval.
Rush programs may have different proof requirements. Under Same Day Extreme, a proof may be supplied for reference only and proof approval is not required. Review the applicable rush program before ordering.
Decoration & Imprint Areas
Our in-house decoration methods include sublimation, heat transfer and digital printing. Available methods, imprint areas and included decoration vary by product. Refer to the individual product page for details.
Pricing, Account Terms & Payment
Log in to your approved distributor account for your applicable net pricing. Refer to the current product page and selected options for product pricing, minimum quantities, production choices and decoration details. Use our quote request form for project-specific pricing.
Credit card is our preferred payment method. Net 30 terms are available only to approved accounts. Orders are processed subject to credit approval, and orders for accounts not in good standing will not be processed.
Online orders are submitted for review. Payment instructions or a payment link will be provided after review, according to your account terms. Customers on credit card terms must meet the applicable payment requirements before production. Rush programs may require immediate payment.
Ordering Policies & Additional Services

Minimum Quantities & Exact Quantities
Minimum quantities: Refer to each product's published minimum. Decorated orders below the published minimum may be processed for an additional $10(K), with setups and other applicable charges extra.
Overruns and underruns: For decorated orders, a shipped quantity within ±10% of the ordered quantity is considered complete. Exact-quantity shipping is available for an additional $25(G).
Samples
Samples valued under $30 net are provided at no charge. Samples are non-returnable.
For promotional-product samples valued over $30 net, the product charge is EQP less 50%, plus shipping.
Provide your courier account number for shipping, or prepaid overnight sample shipping is available for $15 net. Shipping arrangements for USA destinations must follow our USA shipping policy.

Spec Samples / Pre-Production Samples
Pre-production samples let you review a physical decorated sample before placing the bulk order.
The cost is the product's net price, plus a $30 net setup charge, a $10 net spec sample charge and shipping. Overnight shipping via FedEx or UPS is $15 net, or you may provide your courier account where permitted by the destination's shipping policy.
The $30 net setup charge is not charged again during bulk production. Use the quote request form to discuss your project.
Private Labelling
Private labelling is available on Made in Canada items only. Distributors must provide their own labels.
The charge to sew on your labels is $0.63(G) per piece, with a minimum of 100 pieces. Contact us through the product information form to discuss your requirements.
Returns & Restocking
FIEL is a manufacturer, and much of our product line is made to order. Please confirm that you are ordering the correct product before placing your order.
- Decorated products are non-returnable.
- Undecorated products that are made to order are non-returnable.
- Undecorated imported items may be returned within 15 days of shipment. A return authorization (RA) number is required.
- Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum charge of $50(C).

Trademarks & Logos
Customers are responsible for determining and securing the legal rights to use the artwork, trademarks and logos supplied for their orders.

Shipping, Drop Shipments & Packaging
Plan for both production time and carrier transit time when working toward an event or required delivery date. FIEL is not responsible for carrier delays after dispatch.
Multiple Shipping Locations
Drop shipments to multiple locations are charged at $12.50(G) per additional location after the first location.
For orders with split or drop shipments, download and complete our Split Shipment Template, then email the completed spreadsheet with your order to orders@fiel.com. Include your company name and PO or order number so we can match the shipping details to your order.
