Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below. You can also upload artwork or request a virtual sample directly through our online forms.
Upload Artwork
Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Whenever possible, include your production-ready artwork when submitting your order. Orders placed online are received for processing immediately.
Artwork for Existing Orders
If your artwork is being submitted separately from your purchase order, please use our online artwork upload form.
Include your company name and PO number to help us identify the correct order.
Large Artwork Files
If your artwork files are too large to upload directly, you can share them using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another file-sharing service.
Simply paste your file-sharing link into the Artwork Upload form, along with your company name and purchase order number.
Virtual Samples & Mock-ups
Request a virtual sample by completing our online request form.
Include the product SKU, artwork and any specific design or placement instructions.
