Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Sublimated Table Cloth for 16' Table — Drape Style, 4-Sided, Closed Back
A full-colour drape table cloth cut for a 16' table — or two 8' tables pushed together — printed by dye sublimation across the entire cloth. Four sides are covered with a closed back, so the whole run is finished on every face.
Ideal for long registration and check-in runs, conference and convention service desks, recruitment and career fairs, banquet and buffet lines, awards and gala evenings, large retail promotions, and school or community events.
Sixteen Feet of Continuous Brand
This is the largest cloth in the range, and the argument for it is simple: sixteen feet of uninterrupted printed front is the single biggest branded surface most booths and lobbies will ever put at eye level.
Two 8' cloths side by side leave a seam and a visible join. One cloth reads as a designed installation.
Closed Back Conceals a Long Run
All four sides drape and the back is closed, hiding the boxes, cases, cabling, and stock that inevitably accumulate under a sixteen-foot table worked by several staff.
The result is a clean run from end to end, with the storage still accessible from underneath.
Full Colour Across the Entire Cloth
Sublimation prints the top and all four drops, bonding ink into the fibres rather than laying it on the surface, so colour holds through repeated washing and there is nothing to crack or peel.
On a face this large that consistency matters — any variation in colour across the length would be obvious.
Washable, Wrinkle Resistant, Fire Retardant
The 100% polyester is machine washable and wrinkle resistant, so it comes out of a bag ready to use and stands up to catering spills and long service days.
It is fire retardant for convention centre and indoor venue requirements, and light enough that even the sixteen-foot size travels easily. Our 12' cloth covers a 12' table or two 6' tables if your run is shorter.
