Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

13' Medium Feather Flag Kit — Double Sided Graphics, Spike Base and Bag Included
A complete outdoor flag: printed double-sided feather graphic, carbon composite fibreglass pole set, ground spike base, and carry bag. Everything needed to arrive, set up, and be seen comes in one order — nothing to buy separately.
Ideal for roadside and highway-facing locations, car dealerships, large parking lots, grand openings, festivals and fairgrounds, golf tournaments, sports complexes, races, campus events, and open houses.
Thirteen Feet Clears the Clutter
At thirteen feet the graphic sits above parked vehicles, standing crowds, fencing, and neighbouring signage, staying readable from distances where a shorter flag disappears into the background.
The blade profile with its straight bottom edge gives a clean vertical band of colour that separates from the horizontal signage around it — and at this height there is room for a logo and a short message rather than a logo alone.
Double-Sided Print With Grey Blocker
The flag is printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side shows through the other. Text stays the right way round and colour stays opaque from either direction.
That matters most on a roadside flag, where half your audience is arriving from the opposite direction to the other half.
Carbon Composite Poles Flex, Not Snap
The kit includes a carbon composite fibreglass pole set. Composite bends with a gust and returns straight, instead of taking the permanent bend aluminum acquires after one bad afternoon.
That flex is also what makes the flag move: the pole bows, the fabric travels, and the motion draws the eye in a way a rigid sign never does.
UV-Protected, Machine Washable
The graphic is dye-sublimated on 110gsm polyester with UV-protected inks, so ink is bonded into the fibres and holds its colour through a season of full sun.
The flag is machine washable and weather resistant, so road grime and rain do not end its life — wash it, dry it, and put it back up.
Spike Base and Bag Included
A ground spike base drives straight into grass or soil and anchors the flag without weights, sandbags, or tools, and the included bag holds the sectional poles for transport and indoor storage. Replacement graphics for this size are available separately, so the hardware can carry a new message each season.
