Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 8'W x 8'H Media Wall — Single Sided, Pole Pocket Top and Bottom
A new 8' x 8' printed panel for our exhibitor expanding media wall, finished with a pole pocket along the top and bottom edge. Hardware and carry bag are not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new sponsor set, or a panel that has been marked up on the road.
Ideal for press conferences and media walls, step-and-repeat backdrops, sponsor and interview backdrops, trade show booths, awards evenings, photo activations, and conference stages. No setup charge applies.
Pole Pockets Slide Straight On
Sewn pockets along the top and bottom edge slide onto the horizontal bars of the frame, and the panel tensions between them without clips, clamps, or tools.
That makes the swap a two-minute job on site — useful when the same wall carries a different sponsor set on consecutive days.
Built to Photograph Cleanly
The graphic is dye-sublimated on premium polyester, so it reads matte under flash and stage lighting rather than flaring back into the lens the way a coated vinyl panel does.
On a media wall that is the whole point: every photo taken in front of it carries your artwork, and a hot spot across the logo ruins the shot for everyone.
Cheaper Than Replacing the Wall
The expanding frame is the durable, expensive half of a media wall; the printed panel is the half that dates and takes the damage.
Ordering a graphic rather than a complete kit gets you a visually new backdrop for a fraction of the cost, and lets you hold two or three panels for one frame.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU729 Media Wall
This panel is cut and sewn for our 8' x 8' exhibitor expanding display, SU729. It is not a universal backdrop — the pocket spacing is specific to that frame, so confirm your hardware before ordering.
