Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Sublimated Round Fitted Cruiser Table Throw — Fits 31.5" Diameter, Sublimated All Over
A fitted round throw cut for a 31.5" diameter cruiser or cocktail table, printed full colour across its entire visible surface. It is tailored to the table rather than draped over it, so the whole piece reads as a branded column instead of a covered table.
Ideal for cocktail receptions, trade show bar-height stations, product sampling, hospitality suites, conference breaks, gala and awards evenings, showroom displays, and mall or lobby activations.
Fitted Beats Draped on a Cruiser
A cruiser table is tall and narrow, so a loose cloth gathers and twists around the column all evening. The fitted cut hugs the top and the body, and it stays where you put it.
The result looks tailored rather than improvised, which matters on the tables guests actually stand at and lean on for an hour at a time.
All-Over Print, No Blank Faces
Sublimation runs across the full surface — top and all the way around the body — so there is no unbranded side regardless of where guests approach from.
Ink is bonded into the fibres rather than printed on top, so colours stay saturated, the fabric stays soft, and there is nothing to crack or peel after repeated washing.
Wrinkle Resistant and Machine Washable
The 100% polyester fabric is wrinkle resistant, so it comes out of a bag ready to use rather than needing a steamer on site.
It is machine washable too — which is the deciding factor on cocktail tables, where spills are a matter of when rather than if.
Fire Retardant and Light to Travel
The fabric is fire retardant, which many convention centres and indoor venues require, and it is light enough to pack several throws for a multi-table setup without adding meaningful weight to the load.
