Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Sublimated Stretch Curved Fit Table Throw for 6' Table — 3-Sided, Open Back
A stretch-fit table throw cut for a standard 6-foot table, covering the front and both ends and left open at the back. The 87% polyester / 13% spandex blend at 260gsm pulls taut with smoothly curved corners for a tailored, upholstered look.
Ideal for trade show booths against a wall or backwall, conference registration, sampling and demonstration tables, retail promotions, and any staffed table where supplies live underneath and get used all day.
Open Back Gives Staff Instant Access
The back is left open, so staff reach stock, literature, giveaways, or a case under the table without lifting fabric or crawling under a hem.
On a busy table that is the difference between restocking in two seconds and holding up a queue. If the table is viewed from behind instead, our four-sided closed-back version is the one to order.
Two-Way Stretch Looks Tailored
The spandex content lets the fabric stretch in both directions and grip the table, holding the front face flat with no sag along the edge and no fabric pooling at the floor.
It reads as a fixture rather than a covered trestle — which is most of the reason to choose a stretch throw over a draped cloth.
Leg Pockets Keep It Taut
Pockets at the corners slip over the table legs and hold the throw square and tensioned through a full day of leaning, reaching, and restocking — no clips, no tape, no straightening between visitors.
Full Sublimation, Machine Washable
Dye sublimation prints across the entire throw, bonding the ink into the fibres rather than laying it on the surface — colour stays saturated and nothing can crack or peel.
The blend machine washes, resists wrinkling, and springs back to shape after packing, so it goes from case to table without ironing.
