Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Sublimated Convertible Table Cloth — Converts 8' to 6', Drape Style, Four-Sided, Closed Back
One fully sublimated cloth that fits both an 8' and a 6' table. Four-sided with a closed back, so whichever size the venue gives you, the table is covered on every side and your storage stays hidden.
Ideal for trade shows and exhibitions, conferences, presentations, retail stores, school functions, fundraisers, registration desks, job fairs, and community events.
One Cover, Two Table Sizes
The cloth converts from an 8' configuration to a 6' one, so you are not gambling on what the venue supplies or shipping two throws to cover the possibility.
For anyone running a schedule of shows across different halls — where table sizes vary and floor plans change late — that flexibility is the whole point of the product.
Four-Sided, Closed Back
The cloth drapes over all four sides and closes at the back in either configuration, hiding cases, stock, and cabling completely — suitable for island booths, centre-floor tables, and any layout where attendees can walk behind you.
Full-Colour Sublimation Across the Entire Cloth
Artwork is dye-sublimated across the whole cloth, so photography, patterns, colour fields, and full-bleed backgrounds wrap the table continuously on every side.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, and ink bonded into the fibres will not crack or peel. Maximum imprint area is 152"W x 86"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Flame Retardant for Exhibit Halls
The polyester is flame retardant and compliant for exhibit hall use — a requirement at most convention centres, universities, and indoor venues.
Lightweight for Travel and Shipping
Machine washable, wrinkle resistant, and light enough to fold into a case — one cloth instead of two means less to ship, less to store, and one less thing to forget. A premium brushed-fabric version of this convertible cloth is also available.
