Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Sublimated Table Cloth for 8' Tables — Drape Style, Three-Sided, Open Back
A fully sublimated drape-style cloth cut for a standard 8' table, covering the front and both ends with an open back for staff access. Eight feet of branded frontage, with your storage still within arm's reach.
Ideal for trade shows and exhibitions, conferences, presentations, retail stores, school functions, fundraisers, registration desks, job fairs, and community events.
Open Back Keeps Supplies Within Reach
The back panel is left open, so literature, samples, stock, bags, and equipment under the table can be reached from behind without lifting the cloth or breaking down the display.
For inline booths and against-the-wall setups where nobody walks behind the table, this is the practical configuration — every visible side is covered and nothing is sealed off.
Full-Colour Sublimation Across the Entire Cloth
Artwork is dye-sublimated across the whole cloth rather than screened onto a front panel, so photography, patterns, colour fields, and full-bleed backgrounds wrap the front and both ends continuously.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, and ink bonded into the fibres will not crack or peel. Maximum imprint area is 152"W x 60"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Flame Retardant for Exhibit Halls
The polyester is flame retardant and compliant for exhibit hall use — a requirement at most convention centres, universities, and indoor venues.
Machine Washable and Easy to Travel With
The cloth is 100% polyester, machine washable, and wrinkle resistant, so it folds into a case, shakes out on site, and still looks pressed.
It is light to ship and simple to store between events. Six-foot and four-sided closed-back versions are also available.
