Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Frontlit SEG Fabric Banner Stand — 40" x 96", Single Sided, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated silicone edge graphic sized 40" x 96" for our tall frontlit SEG fabric banner stand, printed single sided. The frame is not included — order it to rebrand a stand you already own or replace a panel that has picked up damage on the road.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences and seminars, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, recruitment fairs, and busy halls where the display has to be seen over a crowd. No setup charge applies.
Ninety-Six Inches of Refreshed Height
Eight feet of panel puts the top third of the artwork above standing head height, which is the part of a display that still reads from across a busy hall.
A new graphic restores that whole surface for a fraction of a complete stand — the frame, feet, and bag were never the parts that dated.
Silicone Edge Binding, No Tools
A silicone strip sewn into the panel edge presses into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware behind a flush, frameless face.
Fitting is done by hand in a minute, so swapping campaigns is a job for booth staff between shows.
Premium Polyester Holds Colour
Printed on premium polyester by dye sublimation, with ink bonded into the fibres rather than laid on the surface — nothing to crack, flake, or peel through repeated packing.
The fabric tensions flat in the frame, so creases from folding relax out and the panel reads smooth from top to bottom.
Fits BL804 and PM804 Hardware
This graphic is cut for our 40" x 96" SEG banner stand frames, BL804 and PM804. It is not a universal panel — confirm your frame model and size before ordering.
