Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for DP651 Tripod Banner — 23" x 64", Anti-Reflective, No Setup Charge
A new printed panel sized 23" x 64" for our DP651 tripod banner stand, produced on anti-reflective grey back PET film. Hardware and bag are not included — order it for a rebrand, a seasonal campaign, or to replace a panel that has been marked up.
Ideal for retail counters and shop corners, clinics and waiting rooms, offices and reception areas, restaurant and cafe entrances, showrooms, small trade show spaces, and open houses. No setup charge applies.
Compact Format for Tight Spaces
At 23" x 64" this is the small panel in the tripod range — the one that fits a retail corner, a counter end, a narrow entryway, or a clinic hallway where a full-size banner would be in the way.
Smaller does not mean less visible at close range: at a metre or two the panel fills the sightline as effectively as a larger stand and costs less to reprint each time the message changes.
Anti-Reflective, Readable Under Lights
The finish suppresses glare, which counts most on a small panel placed indoors under downlights or close to a shop window.
Where a glossy print would bounce a bright patch back at anyone standing in front of it, this one stays evenly readable.
Grey Back Film, 98% Opacity
The grey backing layer gives 98% opacity, so light from behind does not pass through the panel, and the bright white print base keeps whites clean and small type sharp — which matters when the reader is standing close enough to read the fine print.
Purpose-Fitted to the DP651 Stand
This panel is cut and finished for our DP651 tripod banner. It is not a universal graphic — confirm your stand model before ordering. Replacing the panel rather than the whole unit keeps a current message on hardware you already own.
