Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Deluxe Wide Base Retractable Pull Up Banner with Graphics — 33.5" x 79", Stand and Bag Included
A complete retractable banner on our deluxe wide base: a 33.5" x 79" printed graphic on anti-reflective grey back film, wide aluminum base, telescopic pole, and a padded carry case. An upgrade on the standard-base DP583 model, with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences, retail and mall promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, recruitment fairs, and busy public spaces where a banner gets brushed past all day.
The Wide Base Is the Upgrade
The deluxe base is wider and heavier than a standard retractable foot, which is what keeps a 79-inch banner upright in traffic — a mall concourse, a busy aisle, a doorway with a draught through it.
If your display lives somewhere people walk close to it, that stability is the difference between standing all day and being picked up off the floor every hour.
Anti-Reflective Finish Prevents Glare
The film carries an anti-reflective finish, so the panel reads cleanly under spotlights and overhead venue lighting rather than throwing back a hot reflection.
A bright white print base sharpens colour contrast, keeping fine detail and small type legible at reading distance.
Grey Back Film, 98% Opacity
An opaque grey backing layer gives 98% opacity, so light and background clutter behind the banner do not show through the artwork.
Retractables are often set exactly where you least control the light — in front of a window, beside a doorway — which is where that backing earns its place.
Up in Under a Minute
Pull the graphic from the cassette, seat the pole, and the banner stands — one person, no tools. It retracts back into its own housing just as quickly.
Because the graphic lives inside the base between uses, it is protected in transit rather than rolled loose in a tube.
Padded Case and Replaceable Graphics
A padded carry case is included to protect the base and cassette from the knocks that dent a housing, and replacement graphics for this stand are available separately so the base can carry a new message each season.
