Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

LED Flood Display Light
Convention halls are lit for walkways, not for your graphics. This slim LED flood light clamps onto your display frame and washes your artwork in bright, even light — the least expensive upgrade that makes an existing booth look noticeably more professional.
Ideal for trade show backwalls, banner stands, media walls, retail and showroom displays, reception areas, and any dim venue where colour is falling flat.
Makes Colours Pop in Dim Venues
Under weak or uneven ambient lighting, printed colour looks muted and dark areas of a graphic turn to mush. A dedicated flood restores contrast and saturation so the artwork reads the way it was designed.
A lit display also simply draws the eye — in a row of unlit booths, the illuminated one is the one attendees walk toward.
Low Heat Output Protects Fabric Prints
LED output runs cool compared with halogen fixtures, so the head can sit close to a tension fabric graphic without risk of scorching, discolouring, or warping the material.
It is also safer for staff working around the booth all day, and draws far less power — useful when a venue meters or limits your electrical supply.
Straight Arm With Adjustable Head
The straight arm holds the fixture out from the frame, and the adjustable head lets you aim the beam where it is needed — down across a logo, up a full-height wall, or angled to avoid glare and hot spots.
The slim profile keeps the hardware visually discreet so attention stays on the graphic rather than on the lighting.
Universal Fitting Kit Included
A universal fitting kit is included, so the light clamps onto standard display frames — EuroFit walls, pop-up backwalls, and banner stands — without drilling or permanent modification. Add several along a wide wall for even coverage edge to edge.
