Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Frontlit SEG Fabric Banner — 40" x 80", Block Out Fabric, Single Sided
A new 40" x 80" silicone edge graphic printed on superior block-out fabric, single sided. The frame is not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a panel that has picked up marks in transit.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences and seminars, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, and bright halls where an ordinary fabric panel would show what is behind it. No setup charge applies.
Block-Out Fabric Stops All Light-Through
An opaque backing layer prevents light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the display shows as a shadow or a bright patch in the artwork.
Colour benefits too: dark tones read as solid rather than translucent, and a black background stays black instead of washing to grey under a spotlight or a window.
Silicone Edge Binding Tucks In Flush
A silicone strip sewn into the graphic edge presses into the channel around the frame, concealing every edge and fixing behind a flush printed face.
Fitting is a few minutes by hand with no tools, so the swap happens on site rather than in a workshop.
Wrinkle-Free, Looks Brand New
Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres, so colours stay saturated and there is nothing on the surface to crack or peel.
The fabric tensions taut in the frame, which pulls folding creases out as it goes on — a panel out of the bag reads as freshly printed.
Purpose-Fitted to the BB803 Frame
These graphics are cut for our 40" x 80" block-out SEG banner stand, BB803. They are not a universal panel — the fit is specific to that frame, which is what produces the tensioned, frameless finish. Replacing the graphic costs a fraction of a complete new stand.
