Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

20'W x 8'H EuroFit Tension Fabric Straight Wall Kit — Double-Sided Graphics, Superior Block-Out Fabric
Fill an entire 20-foot booth frontage with one seamless, full-colour branded wall. This extra-large EuroFit tension fabric straight wall pairs a lightweight aluminum frame with a pillowcase-style graphic that slips over the frame and zips closed — no tools, no hardware, no visible seams.
Ideal for trade show backdrops, media walls, press conferences, interviews, photo backdrops, corporate events, receptions, retail environments, offices, and video or Zoom backgrounds.
Superior Block-Out Fabric
The graphic is printed on our Superior Block-Out fabric with a black backing, which completely prevents light from passing through the material.
That matters in bright, sun-filled rooms, near windows, under strong overhead lighting, or outdoors — conditions where standard fabric can wash out or let the reverse-side artwork ghost through.
The result is deep, opaque, high-contrast colour that holds up on camera and under stage or booth lighting.
Full-Colour, Double-Sided Graphics
Graphics are dye-sublimated edge to edge on both faces of the pillowcase cover, so the wall reads from the front and the back — a real advantage in open floor plans, island booths, and any layout where traffic approaches from both directions.
You can run completely different artwork on each side: a step-and-repeat pattern on one face and a photographic hero image, sponsor logo wall, or product message on the other. Full-colour logos, photography, and patterns are all supported.

Lightweight Aluminum Frame
The 20' wide x 8' high frame is built from lightweight aluminum tubing that pushes together quickly and needs no tools to assemble.
Setup and breakdown take a matter of minutes, which makes this wall practical for teams running back-to-back shows or venues that reset rooms daily.
A padded carry case is included to protect the frame and graphic in transit and storage, and is backed by a one-year hardware warranty.
