Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 10' Straight Wall — Velcro Back, Superior Block-Out Fabric
A full 10-foot replacement skin for hardware you already own. This is a graphic cover only for the 10' straight wall pop-up display — no frame or hardware included — so you can put fresh artwork on a proven frame instead of buying a whole new kit.
Ideal for rebranding, refreshing messaging between shows, replacing a damaged or dated graphic, or building a second artwork set for a frame that works all season.
Graphics Only — No Hardware Included
You receive the printed fabric cover sized at approximately 120" x 90" to fit the 10' straight wall pop-up frame.
Because the frame is the durable part of the investment, replacing only the graphic keeps your booth current season after season at a fraction of the cost of a complete display.
Velcro-Back Attachment
Hook-and-loop backing attaches the graphic directly to your existing pop-up frame with no tools, no clips, and no modifications.
Changeovers are quick and simple, so a single frame can carry different artwork to different events — one set for trade shows, another for retail or sponsor activations.
Superior Block-Out Fabric
The cover is printed on Superior Block-Out fabric with a black backing that completely prevents light from passing through the material, so nothing behind the wall shows through your artwork.
Colours stay rich and opaque in bright, sunny rooms, window-side positions, and heavily lit booths or stages. The fabric is flame retardant for indoor venue compliance and stretches taut and wrinkle-free across the frame.
Full-Colour Dye Sublimation
Artwork is dye-sublimated edge to edge for vibrant, high-resolution colour that will not crack, peel, or flake through repeated setups and teardowns.
Print photographic imagery, step-and-repeat patterns, full-colour logos, sponsor panels, or product messaging. There is no setup charge on this graphic. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
