Once your artwork has been set up with FIEL, qualifying repeat orders receive FREE repeat setup — with no time limit on when you reorder.

Our Free Repeat Setup program applies across our entire product line and makes
reordering easier and more economical for distributors.
How It Works
Exact Repeat Orders
For an exact repeat, no proof will be provided and your order will proceed
directly into production. Background colour, logo colour, logo size and
quantities may be changed.
If you require a new proof, a discounted setup charge of
$25 (C) will apply.
Same Logo on a Different Product
The same logo may be used on a different SKU, with changes to the background
colour, logo colour, logo size or quantity.
In this case, a new proof is required and a discounted setup charge of
$25 (C) will apply.
Multiple Products on the Same Order
If the same logo is used on multiple SKUs within the same order, we will
charge only one setup charge. The remaining qualifying
setups are FREE repeat setups.
No Time Limit
There are no restrictions on the timeline of a repeat order.
Whether you reorder shortly after your original order or much later, the
Free Repeat Setup program still applies.
Applies Across Our Product Line
The Free Repeat Setup program applies to the
entire FIEL product line.
Important When Placing a Repeat Order
- Please clearly indicate your original PO number or provide a clear reference to your previous order.
- You may also send a copy of your previously approved proof with your repeat order for additional clarity. If you need a copy of a proof from a previous order, you can request one from us.
