Eligible FIEL tent kits include separate warranty coverage for the tent frame, canopy and included accessories.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product page specifically links to or identifies the Tent Kit Warranty
Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

5' Premium Aluminum Tent Frame — Hardware Only
The premium 40mm anodized aluminum frame for our 5' x 5' tent, sold on its own. Canopy is not included, making this the right order if you already own a canopy for this size, are replacing a damaged frame, or want a second frame so a spare graphic can travel to a concurrent event.
Ideal for sampling stations, sidewalk and storefront promotions, registration points, farmers' markets, sponsor activations, school and community events, and any compact footprint where a full 10' tent will not fit.
Premium 40mm Anodized Aluminum
This is our premium hardware, not an economy frame: 40mm anodized aluminum tubing that stays strong and professional-grade while remaining far easier to transport and handle than steel tent options.
Anodizing gives the aluminum a hard, corrosion-resistant surface — worth having on hardware that spends its life going up outdoors and being packed away damp.
Hexagon Legs for Added Rigidity
The legs are hexagon-shaped rather than round, a profile that resists flex and twisting better than a simple tube of the same weight — which is what keeps the tent square and stable through a full day of wind and handling.
Pinch-Free Height Adjustment
Each leg uses plastic levers for pinch-free height adjustment, so staff can raise or level the tent without the trapped fingers that push-pin legs are notorious for.
Adjustable legs also let you level the tent on a sloped lawn or uneven pavement and lower the profile in windy conditions.
Crank-Up Design
The crank-up style creates a clean, sleek profile and adjusts quickly on site, making this frame a good fit for polished, professionally branded environments rather than utility shelter.
