Tent Kit Warranty
Eligible FIEL tent kits include separate warranty coverage for the tent frame, canopy and included accessories.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product page specifically links to or identifies the Tent Kit Warranty
Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.
What Is Covered?
- Eligible tent frame hardware under the Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty
- Tent canopy for one year
- Soft case with wheels for one year
- Stake kit for one year
- Parts and labor for covered defects in material and workmanship
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground
