Applied when you order

The AI image enhancement fee applies when you place your order and enhancement is required. If you can provide suitable production-ready artwork instead, enhancement is not needed.

Artwork recreation and vectorization are separate services. Any applicable additional artwork charges will be communicated before that work begins.

How it works

Send your artwork

Submit your logo, image or artwork, along with the product SKU and intended print size. Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork for an existing order.
We review your file

We check whether your artwork meets production requirements, needs enhancement or may require a higher-quality replacement or recreation.
Place your order

If your file needs enhancement and you cannot supply suitable replacement artwork, the per-file enhancement fee applies when you place your order.
We enhance and prepare

We use AI technology to enhance your image and check its suitability for printing. You receive an electronic production proof using the product template for approval before printing.

We can create a free, client-safe virtual mockup using your existing low-resolution artwork before you order. You can share it directly with your end customer.

Virtual mockups are for illustration only. They are separate from the electronic production proof provided for approval after your order is placed.

What to expect

AI image enhancement can improve resolution and visual clarity, but the result depends on the quality of your original file and the final print size.

Enhanced artwork remains a raster image. AI enhancement does not convert your file into vector artwork.
Details need careful review. Small text, fine lines, logo elements and other details may change or may not reproduce exactly as the original.
Some files cannot be sufficiently enhanced. A higher-quality original or artwork recreation may still be required.
Print size matters. A file suitable for a small imprint may need additional assessment for a large banner, tablecloth or display.

Whenever available, original vector artwork is preferred for logos and text. Suitable high-resolution original photographs are preferred over low-resolution copies.

Common questions

Can I send a small JPG, PNG or screenshot?

Yes. Send the best available version for review. An original file is preferable to a screenshot or a copy that has been repeatedly compressed. Suitability depends on the artwork and intended print size.

Will my logo look exactly the same?

An exact match is not guaranteed. AI may alter lettering, fine lines or other details. Review your electronic production proof carefully, including all text and logo elements. Vector artwork or recreation may be more appropriate when exact detail is essential.

Is the fee per file or per product?

The fee is $12.50 (g) per artwork file requiring enhancement. It is applied when you place your order and enhancement is required.

Do I need production-ready artwork to request a virtual mockup?

No. We can create a free virtual mockup using your existing low-resolution artwork. Production suitability is assessed separately. A virtual mockup is for illustration and is not production approval.

What if my file cannot be enhanced sufficiently?

Our team will advise whether a higher-quality replacement or artwork recreation is needed. Recreation and vectorization are separate services, and any applicable additional charges will be communicated before that work begins.

Where do I submit artwork for an existing order?

Use our Artwork Upload form and include your company name and PO number. For large files, paste a WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or other file-sharing link into the form.
