Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Premium Retractable Pull Up Banner — 33.5" x 79", No Setup Charge
A new sublimated fabric banner sized 33.5" x 79" for our premium retractable pull up stand, printed single sided. The stand is not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a banner that has picked up damage on the road.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference and event signage, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, and recurring events where the message changes but the hardware does not. No setup charge applies.
Fabric Avoids Vinyl Glare and Creasing
The ink is sublimated into the fabric rather than printed onto a vinyl face, so the banner reads matte and even under spotlights and overhead venue lighting instead of throwing back hot reflections.
Fabric also recovers from being packed badly. A vinyl banner that takes a crease keeps it; this one does not.
600D Construction Handles Frequent Rolling
At 290gsm and 600 denier the material is heavy enough to hang flat from the cassette, and durable enough for a display that is rolled up and pulled out again at every event.
The surface is water resistant and scratch resistant — the two things that most often retire a banner that travels for a living.
Spot Cleanable for a Long Display Life
Marks and fingerprints spot clean with a damp cloth, so a banner that has been handled all weekend can be cleaned up before the next show rather than reprinted.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU583-5 Base
These graphics are made for our premium retractable pull up banner, SU583-5, and are finished to fit its cassette and rail. They are not a universal banner — confirm your stand model before ordering. Replacing only the graphic costs a fraction of a complete new unit.
