Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Deluxe Wide Base Retractable Banner — 33.5" x 79", No Setup Charge
A new sublimated fabric banner sized 33.5" x 79" for our deluxe wide base retractable stand, printed single sided. The stand is not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a banner that has been marked up in transit.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference and event signage, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, and any recurring event where the message changes but the hardware does not. No setup charge applies.
Sublimated Fabric, Not Vinyl
This is a fabric banner with the ink sublimated into the fibres, not a printed vinyl roll. Fabric does not glare under venue lighting the way a laminated vinyl face does, and it will not hold a hard crease if it is stored badly.
It also has nothing sitting on the surface to crack or peel, which is what usually ends the life of a vinyl banner that gets rolled and unrolled at every show.
290gsm, 600 Denier, Water Resistant
The material is a heavy 290gsm 600 denier polyester — substantial enough to hang flat and straight from the cassette without curling at the edges or rippling across the face.
The surface is water resistant and scratch resistant, and spot cleans with a damp cloth, so fingerprints and travel marks come off rather than becoming permanent.
Cheaper Than a New Stand
The base, cassette, and pole are the parts that last; the graphic is the part that dates. Replacing only the banner gives you a visually new display for a fraction of a complete unit.
Hold two or three banners for one stand and the same hardware covers a trade show, a recruitment day, and a seasonal promotion.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU652-5 Base
These graphics are made for our deluxe wide base retractable banner, SU652-5, and are finished to fit its cassette and rail. They are not a universal banner — confirm your stand model before ordering.
