Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Round SEG Counter Kit — Graphics Only, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated silicone edge cover for our round SEG counter, cut and sewn to fit the 23.5" diameter, 38" high frame. Hardware is not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a cover that has been marked up by a season of shows.
Ideal for trade show registration, conference check-in, retail and mall promotions, product sampling, hotel and airport service points, showrooms, and reception areas. No setup charge applies.
A New Wrap Renews the Whole Counter
On a round counter the printed cover is almost the entire visible surface, so changing it changes the piece completely — at a fraction of the cost of a new kit.
Keep two or three covers for one frame and the counter can carry a different message to every event on the calendar.
Knit Fabric Wraps the Full Circumference
The premium polyester knit stretches evenly around the cylinder, so artwork runs the full way around with no break and no puckering.
A silicone strip sewn into the edge presses into the channel on the frame, hiding all hardware behind a flush, seamless printed face — fitted by hand in minutes, no tools.
Dye-Sublimated Colour, Vivid and Even
Sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres rather than laying it on the surface, so colour stays saturated and consistent across a curved face where a laminated wrap would show creases and highlights.
The fabric stays soft, packs flat, and has nothing on the surface to crack or peel after repeated use.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU792 Counter
These graphics are cut for our round SEG counter kit, SU792. They are not a universal wrap — the fit is specific to that frame, which is what produces the tensioned, seamless finish.
