Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Rectangular SEG Counter Kit — Graphics Only, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated silicone edge cover for our rectangular SEG counter, cut and sewn to fit the 31.5"W x 21"L x 38"H frame. Hardware is not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a cover that has been marked up by a season of shows.
Ideal for trade show registration, conference check-in, retail and mall promotions, product sampling, hotel and airport service desks, showrooms, and reception areas. No setup charge applies.
Rebrand Without Rebuying the Counter
The frame, countertop, and case are the durable parts of a counter; the printed cover is the part that dates. Replacing only the graphic gets you a visually new counter at a fraction of the cost of a complete kit.
It also means you can hold two or three covers for one frame and let the artwork follow the event — a product launch this month, a seasonal promotion the next.
Silicone Edge Graphics Tuck In Flush
A silicone strip sewn into the panel edge presses into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware and graphic edges behind a flush, frameless printed face.
Fitting takes minutes by hand with no tools, so the swap happens on site rather than in a workshop.
Premium Polyester Knit, Dye-Sublimated
The cover is produced in a premium polyester knit that drapes smoothly over the frame without puckering at the corners, and is printed by dye sublimation — ink bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface.
Colours stay saturated, the fabric stays soft, and there is nothing to crack or peel after repeated folding and packing.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU791 Counter
These graphics are cut for our rectangular SEG counter kit, SU791. They are not a universal wrap — the fit is specific to that frame, which is what allows the seamless, tensioned finish.
