Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Replacement Flag for 16' X-Large Tear Drop Flag Kit — Full Colour, Double Sided
A printed replacement graphic for our 16' teardrop flag, sold on its own. Order it to put new artwork on hardware you already own, or to replace a graphic that has faded, torn, or gone out of date.
Ideal for highway-facing locations, car dealerships, large lots and campuses, festivals and fairgrounds, sports complexes, races, hospitality venues, and major grand openings. Poles and base are not included.
Sixteen Feet of Sweeping Curve
At sixteen feet the teardrop towers over crowds, vehicles, and neighbouring signage, and the long curve of the outline draws the eye upward along the full height of the flag.
Among the straight blades that make up most flag installations, a curve at this scale is the shape that gets looked at — presence without the hard edges.
Double-Sided Print Throughout
Artwork prints full colour across both faces, with a grey blocker layer between them so neither side bleeds through.
Both faces stay opaque and correctly oriented, so a flag placed beside a road or a walkway works on traffic coming from either direction.
110gsm Polyester, UV Protected and Washable
Printed on 110gsm polyester flag fabric by dye sublimation, which bonds the ink into the fibres instead of sitting on the surface — so nothing cracks, flakes, or peels through repeated packing.
The polyester is machine washable and UV protected against sun fading, so a season of full exposure does not end the graphic's life.
Fits Hardware You Already Own
The graphic slips onto the pole set from our 16' X-Large teardrop flag kit, sold separately. Ordering a graphic rather than a complete kit is the economical way to change the message on poles and a base you have already paid for.
