Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Replacement Flag for 19' X-Large Feather Flag Kit — Full Colour, Double Sided
A printed replacement graphic for our tallest feather flag — the blade shape with the straight bottom edge — sold on its own. Order it to restore an X-Large kit you already own to like-new, or to replace a graphic that has faded, torn, or gone out of date.
Ideal for highway-facing sites, car dealerships, large festivals and fairgrounds, sports complexes, marathons and races, motorsport and equestrian grounds, university campuses, and major grand openings. Poles and base are not included.
Landmark Visibility, Maximum Print Area
Nineteen feet is landmark height — the flag people navigate by. It clears vehicles, crowds, fencing, tents, and virtually every other flag on the site, and reads from the highway or the far end of a field.
It is also the largest printed surface in the flag range, so there is room for a logo, a headline, and a wayfinding label together rather than a mark alone.
Double-Sided With Grey Blocker Backing
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side ghosts into the other. Both faces stay sharp and correctly oriented.
At this scale the blocker earns its place: a mirrored logo bleeding through a pale background would be legible from the same distance as the artwork.
110gsm Polyester, UV Protected and Washable
Printed on 110gsm polyester flag fabric by dye sublimation, which bonds ink into the fibres rather than laying it on top — nothing cracks, flakes, or peels with repeated packing.
The fabric is UV protected against sun fading and machine washable — worth having on the size that stays up longest and fully exposed.
Restores Hardware You Already Own
The graphic slips onto the pole set from our 19' X-Large feather flag kit, sold separately as BL753. A new graphic costs a fraction of a new kit, so the poles, spike base, and bag keep earning across campaigns.
