Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Replacement Flag for 15' Large Feather Flag Kit — Full Colour, Double Sided
A printed replacement graphic for our 15' feather flag — the blade shape with the straight bottom edge — sold on its own. Order it to renew a large flag kit you already own, or to replace a graphic that has faded, torn, or gone out of date.
Ideal for highway-facing sites, car dealerships, large lots and campuses, festivals and fairgrounds, sports complexes, races and marathons, major grand openings, and spread-out event grounds. Poles and base are not included.
Commands the Long Sightline
At fifteen feet the blade sits well above vehicles, crowds, fencing, and tents, holding its place in the sightline from across a lot or a field.
The large printed surface also carries more than a logo — there is room for a headline, an offer, or a wayfinding label that still reads at distance.
Double-Sided Print With Grey Blocker
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, preventing reverse image bleed so neither side ghosts into the other.
On a flag this large the blocker is doing real work: a mirrored logo showing through a pale background would be visible from as far away as the artwork itself.
110gsm Polyester, UV Protected and Washable
Printed on 110gsm polyester flag fabric by dye sublimation, which bonds ink into the fibres rather than laying it on top — nothing cracks, flakes, or peels with repeated packing.
The fabric is UV protected to resist sun fading and machine washable, which counts on the large sizes that stay up longest and fully exposed.
Renews Hardware You Already Own
The graphic slips onto the pole set from our 15' large feather flag kit, sold separately as BL752. A new graphic costs a fraction of a new kit, so the poles, spike base, and bag keep earning across campaigns.
