Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Replacement Flag for 13' Medium Feather Flag Kit — Full Colour, Double Sided
A printed replacement graphic for our 13' feather flag — the blade shape with the straight bottom edge — sold on its own. Order it to put fresh artwork on hardware you already own, or to replace a flag that has faded, torn, or gone out of date.
Ideal for roadside and highway-facing locations, large parking lots, car dealerships, grand openings, festivals and fairgrounds, golf tournaments, sports complexes, races, and campus events. Poles and base are not included.
Visible Across a Parking Lot
At thirteen feet the graphic clears vehicles, crowds, fencing, and neighbouring booths, staying readable from distances where a shorter flag is lost in the clutter.
The extra height also gives the blade a larger printed area, so there is room for a logo and a short message rather than a logo alone.
Double-Sided Print With Grey Blocker
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side shows through the other. Both faces stay sharp and text reads the right way round from either direction.
On a flag this visible, show-through is the detail that would undermine it — the blocker is what keeps a reversed logo from ghosting into the front face.
110gsm Polyester, UV Protected and Washable
Printed on 110gsm polyester flag fabric by dye sublimation, which bonds ink into the fibres rather than laying it on top — nothing cracks, flakes, or peels with repeated packing.
The fabric is UV protected to resist sun fading and machine washable, which matters most on the taller sizes that spend their season fully exposed.
Fits Hardware You Already Own
The graphic slips onto the pole set from our 13' medium feather flag kit, sold separately as BL751. Ordering graphics instead of complete kits is the economical way to change the message each season on poles and a base you have already paid for.
