Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Replacement Flag for 7.5' Small Tear Drop Flag Kit — Full Colour, Double Sided
A printed replacement graphic for our 7.5' teardrop flag, sold on its own. Order it to put a new campaign on hardware you already own, or to retire a flag that has faded, torn, or gone out of date.
Ideal for storefronts and business entrances, showrooms and dealership forecourts, open houses, pop-up shops, grand openings, golf tournaments, weddings and hospitality events, and school or university functions. Poles and base are not included.
The Teardrop Curve Reads as Polished
The teardrop silhouette curves in toward the pole at the bottom, giving a softer, more finished outline than the straight blade profile of a feather flag.
In a row of blade flags the curved shape is the one that stands out — which is exactly why it suits hospitality, weddings, dealerships, and any setting where the flag should look considered rather than promotional.
Double-Sided Print With Grey Blocker
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side bleeds through the other. Text reads correctly and colour stays crisp from either approach.
Worth having anywhere traffic passes in two directions — a frontage, a driveway, a fairway — since a single-sided flag is blank half the time.
110gsm Polyester, UV Protected and Washable
Printed on 110gsm polyester flag fabric by dye sublimation, which bonds the ink into the fibres instead of sitting on the surface — so nothing cracks, flakes, or peels through repeated packing.
The fabric is UV protected against sun fading and machine washable, so a flag marked up by a season outdoors can be cleaned and reused rather than thrown out.
Fits Hardware You Already Own
The graphic slips onto the pole set from our 7.5' small teardrop flag kit, sold separately. Buying graphics rather than complete kits is the cheaper way to run a changing message — new artwork each season on the same poles and base.
