Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

5' Premium Sublimated Tent Kit — Premium 40mm Aluminum Frame and Canopy
A compact 5' x 5' branded canopy for the spots where a full 10' tent simply will not fit. Sidewalk activations, farmers' market stalls, narrow vendor rows, and sampling stations get the same full-colour sublimated presence in a quarter of the footprint.
Ideal for farmers' markets, sidewalk sales, sampling stations, race finish lines, registration desks, small vendor booths, school events, and community fairs.
Compact 5' x 5' Footprint
Five feet square is small enough for tight vendor allotments, sidewalk permits, and crowded event rows where a 10' canopy would encroach on a neighbour.
It also means one or two people can carry, raise, and reposition it — useful when your team is running lean or moving between stations during an event.
Full-Colour Sublimation on Every Panel
Your artwork is dye-sublimated directly into the fabric across all sides of the canopy, including the top and the valances, for vibrant high-resolution colour that will not crack or peel.
The canopy begins as white fabric and is printed entirely with your design — logos, sponsor branding, photography, patterns, and promotional messaging. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
600 Denier Water-Resistant Polyester
The canopy is built from 600 denier polyester that is water resistant and made for repeated event use rather than a single weekend.
It is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1 requirements — a common condition of entry at convention centres, schools, universities, and indoor venues.
Premium 40mm Aluminum Frame
This kit includes the premium 40mm anodized aluminum frame with hexagon-shaped legs. The anodized finish resists corrosion, so the frame holds up to damp mornings and coastal or poolside events.
Aluminum keeps the kit far lighter than a comparable steel frame, which matters most on a 5' tent that gets carried by hand and set up without a crew.
What's Included in This Kit
This kit includes the premium 40mm aluminum frame and the custom sublimated canopy. A bag with wheels and a ground stake kit are not included and can be added separately.
