Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

PREMIUM Sublimated Box Style Fitted Table Cloth for 8' Tables — Premium Fabric, Four-Sided, Closed Back
A fitted box-style cover for a standard 8' table, produced in our premium heavier brushed polyester. Four-sided with a closed back and fully sublimated — eight feet of straight panels and square corners.
Ideal for trade shows and exhibitions, product launches, conferences, presentations, retail stores and showrooms, corporate events, registration desks, and fundraisers.
Box Style: Tailored, Not Draped
The box cut is fitted to the table's dimensions, so the panels hang straight and the corners stay square rather than pooling and gathering the way a drape throw does.
At 8' the difference is more pronounced — a long fitted front reads as purpose-built booth furniture, while the same span in loose fabric shows every ripple.
Premium Heavier Brushed Polyester
This SKU is made from our premium heavier brushed polyester — softer to the touch, with more body than standard-weight fabric.
The extra weight is what holds a fitted cover in shape: crisp corners and taut panels through a full show rather than sagging by the afternoon of day one.
Four-Sided, Closed Back
All four sides are covered and the back is closed, keeping cases, stock, and cabling out of sight — suitable for island booths, centre-floor tables, and any layout where attendees can walk behind you.
Full-Colour Sublimation Across the Entire Cloth
Artwork is dye-sublimated across the whole cover, so photography, patterns, colour fields, and full-bleed backgrounds print across the top and every panel.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, and ink bonded into the fibres will not crack or peel. Maximum imprint area is 96" x 30" x 29" x 29". See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Flame Retardant, Washable, Easy to Ship
The polyester is flame retardant and compliant for exhibit hall use, machine washable, wrinkle resistant, and light enough to fold into a case between events. A 6' premium box-style version is also available.
