Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

PREMIUM Sublimated Table Cloth for 8' Tables — Drape Style, Three-Sided, Open Back, Rounded Corners
Our premium 8' table cloth in the three-sided, open-back configuration, finished with rounded corners and serged edges. Eight feet of tailored branded frontage, with your storage still reachable from behind.
Ideal for trade shows and exhibitions, conferences, presentations, retail stores and showrooms, corporate events, registration desks, school functions, and fundraisers.
Premium Cut with Rounded Corners
Rounded corners let the fabric flow over the table edges rather than bunching at the angles, which softens the hard lines of a standard banquet table.
Serged edges give the hem a clean, finished appearance that holds its shape through repeated setups — a detail that gets noticed at close range, which is where booth tables are always seen.
Open Back Keeps Supplies Within Reach
The back panel is left open, so literature, samples, stock, and equipment stored under the table can be reached from behind without lifting the cloth. For inline booths and against-the-wall setups, every side attendees see is covered and nothing of yours is sealed off.
Full-Colour Sublimation Across the Entire Cloth
Artwork is dye-sublimated across the whole cloth, so photography, patterns, colour fields, and full-bleed backgrounds wrap the front and both ends continuously.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, and ink bonded into the fibres will not crack or peel. Maximum imprint area is 152"W x 60"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Flame Retardant for Exhibit Halls
The premium polyester is flame retardant and compliant for exhibit hall use — a requirement at most convention centres, universities, and indoor venues.
Machine Washable and Easy to Travel With
Machine washable, wrinkle resistant, and light enough to fold into a case, so it can be reused show after show and still look pressed on arrival. Six-foot and four-sided closed-back premium versions are also available.
