Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Round SEG Counter Kit with Sublimated Cover — No Setup Charge, 23.5"D x 38"H
A complete round counter — frame, black MDF countertop, and a dye-sublimated silicone edge graphic that wraps the full circumference — standing 38" high on a 23.5" diameter footprint. Everything needed to put a branded, working surface in your space arrives in one order, with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show registration, conference check-in, retail and mall promotions, product sampling and demonstrations, hotel and airport service points, showrooms, reception areas, and permanent branded installations.
Round Reads as Considered, Not Improvised
A cylinder has no corners and no visible seams once the SEG cover is fitted, so the counter reads as a designed fixture rather than a box with a wrap on it.
The round profile also works from every approach angle, which is why it suits open floor positions — the middle of a booth, a mall concourse, a lobby — where visitors arrive from all sides rather than walking a single aisle.
A Compact Footprint That Still Works
At 23.5" in diameter the counter takes up very little floor while sitting at a comfortable 38" working height for standing staff.
That combination matters in a 10' x 10' booth, where every square foot given to furniture is a square foot taken from visitors.
Black MDF Top, Rated to 25 lbs
The included black MDF countertop supports up to 25 pounds — enough for a laptop, tablet stand, card reader, literature, or sample product.
It is a genuine work surface for staff, not a display prop, which is the difference between needing one piece of furniture in your booth and needing two.
Turn-and-Twist Assembly, No Tools
The poles use a quick turn-and-twist connection, so the frame goes together by hand in minutes with nothing to look for in a toolbox.
The silicone strip sewn into the cover edge tucks into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware behind a flush, frameless printed face. Swapping the cover later takes minutes, so one counter can carry new artwork each season.
Dye-Sublimated, Full Circumference
The cover is printed by dye sublimation, which bonds the ink into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it — colours stay saturated, the surface stays soft, and there is nothing to crack or peel with repeated packing.
Artwork runs the full way around the counter with no break, and the fabric is flame retardant — a requirement at many convention centres and indoor venues.
