Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Rectangular SEG Counter Kit with Sublimated Cover — 31.5"W x 21"D x 38"H, No Setup Charge
A complete rectangular counter: frame, black MDF countertop, and a dye-sublimated silicone edge cover printed edge to edge, standing 38" high on a 31.5" x 21" footprint. Everything needed to put a branded working surface in your space, with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show registration, conference check-in, retail and mall promotions, product sampling and demonstrations, hotel and airport service points, showrooms, reception areas, and permanent branded installations.
A Rectangular Counter Serves a Queue
The long straight front gives you a wider working edge than a round counter, so two staff can serve side by side and visitors form an orderly line rather than crowding a cylinder.
It also sits flush against a wall or a booth back, which makes it the right shape for registration and check-in where the counter is a barrier as much as a fixture.
Seamless SEG Cover, Edge to Edge
A silicone strip sewn into the cover edge tucks into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware behind a flush, frameless printed face with no visible seams or fixings.
The counter reads as a designed fixture rather than a box with a wrap on it — and the cover swaps out in minutes, so one counter can carry new artwork each season.
Black MDF Top, Rated to 25 lbs
The included black MDF countertop supports up to 25 pounds — a laptop, tablet stand, card reader, literature, or sample product.
It is a genuine work surface for staff, not a display prop, which is the difference between needing one piece of furniture in your booth and needing two.
Zipper Back for Hidden Storage
A heavy-duty zipper in the rear panel gives access to the inside of the counter, so boxes, bags, stock, and cables live out of sight but within reach.
On a small stand that hidden volume is genuinely useful — it is the difference between a tidy booth and a pile of cases behind the counter.
Twist-Lock Poles, No Tools
The frame uses easy twist-lock poles on a sturdy base, so it assembles by hand in minutes with nothing to look for in a toolbox.
Dye sublimation bonds ink into the fabric rather than laying it on top, so colours stay saturated, the cover packs flat, and there is nothing on the surface to crack or peel. If a cylinder suits your floor position better, our round SEG counter covers the same use.
