Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Full 20' Back Wall for 10' x 20' Tent Kit — Sublimated, Single Sided Print
A full-width printed back wall for our 10' x 20' tent, running the entire twenty-foot rear span. The tent frame and canopy are not included — this is the wall that turns an open shelter into an enclosed, fully branded space.
Ideal for sporting events and tournaments, festivals and markets, sponsor activations, race and marathon support, parking lot promotions, school and community events, product launches, and any outdoor stand that needs a backdrop and a windbreak.
Twenty Feet of Continuous Branded Surface
A twenty-foot wall is the largest printed surface in the tent range — an uninterrupted span with room for a logo, a headline, sponsor blocks, and imagery without any of it crowding.
It also reads from a long way off. On a field or a festival site, the back wall is often visible before the canopy is.
Privacy, Shelter, and a Backdrop
Closing the rear of the tent blocks wind and low sun, hides stock, cases, and cabling from public view, and gives staff a defined space to work in.
It also puts a clean branded backdrop behind every conversation, photograph, and interview that happens under the canopy — which is where most of your images will come from.
Full Bleed Sublimation, Edge to Edge
Printing runs edge to edge with no white border, and sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres rather than laying it on the surface.
Colours stay saturated, the fabric stays soft, and there is nothing to crack, flake, or peel after a season of folding and packing.
600 Denier Polyester, Flame Retardant
The wall is produced from premium 600 denier polyester, water resistant against rain, snow, and wind-blown moisture — and a rear wall takes more weather than any other panel on a tent.
It is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1, which many trade shows, schools, and indoor venues require before load-in.
Fits the SU759 Tent Kit
This wall is cut for our 10' x 20' tent, SU759, and attaches to the frame with hook-and-loop fastening — no tools. It is printed on one side; a double-sided version is available if the inside face should be branded too.
