Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Table Topper Teardrop Sail Sign Flag — 20", Full Colour Two Sides, Base and Pole Included
A miniature teardrop flag for tabletops, printed full colour on both faces: a 20" sail on a carbon composite fibreglass pole with a weighted aluminum round base. Flag, pole, and base all included.
Ideal for trade show tables and island counters, registration and check-in desks, reception desks, retail counters, sampling stations, conference tables, restaurant and cafe tables, and office desks.

A flag on a table in the middle of a room is approached from every direction. Printing both faces means it never presents a blank side to half the people looking at it.

Weighted Base, Composite Pole
The round aluminum base is weighted to keep the flag upright on a table that gets leaned on and reorganised repeatedly.
The carbon composite fibreglass pole flexes rather than bending permanently, so the flag still stands straight after a season of events.
UV-Protected Inks, Machine Washable
Printed by dye sublimation with the ink bonded into the fabric, so nothing cracks or peels. The inks are UV protected against fading and the sail is machine washable — worth having on a table where food and drink are handled.
