Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 10'W Straight Wall Tension Fabric — Velcro Back, No Setup Charge
A new 120"W x 90"H dye-sublimated panel with velcro backing, cut for our 10' straight wall tension fabric frame. Hardware is not included — order it to refresh a booth wall you already own.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference and event backdrops, retail and mall displays, showrooms, lobby and reception walls, product launches, and recruitment fairs. No setup charge applies.
Velcro Back Changes Over in Minutes
The panel attaches to the frame with velcro, so swapping artwork is a two-minute job done by hand on the stand — no tools, no dismantling, no ladder.
Practical if you run different messages on consecutive days of the same event, or share one frame between departments.
A Full Ten Feet of Uninterrupted Face
Without wrapped end caps the whole 120" width is one flat, uninterrupted printed surface — the cleanest possible canvas for a large image or a single bold statement.
It is also the more economical of the two styles, which is the sensible choice when the wall backs onto a neighbouring stand and nobody ever sees its sides.
Hangs Perfectly Flat
The premium tension fabric pulls taut across the frame, so the face reads smooth from edge to edge with no ripple or sag over a ten-foot span.
Creases from folding relax out under that tension, so the panel travels folded and still arrives looking flat.
Dye-Sublimated, Matte and Saturated
Ink is bonded into the fibres rather than laying on the surface, so colours stay rich, the face does not flare under spotlights, and there is nothing to crack or peel with repeated packing.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU776 Straight Wall
This panel is made for our 10' straight wall kit, SU776. If your frame has wrapped end caps, order the wrap style version instead — the two are not interchangeable.
