Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 7.5' Straight Wall Tension Fabric — Velcro Back, No Setup Charge
A new 90"W x 90"H dye-sublimated tension fabric graphic with velcro backing, cut for our 7.5' straight wall pop-up frame. Hardware is not included — order it to put fresh artwork on a frame you already own.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference and career fairs, retail and mall floors, showrooms, lobby and reception backdrops, and photo or interview backgrounds. No setup charge applies.
Velcro Back Attaches by Hand
The panel backs onto the frame with velcro, so it goes on and comes off in minutes with no tools, no channels to thread, and nothing to lose.
That makes swapping artwork between events genuinely quick — the kind of change a booth manager can make on site rather than sending the display back.
Flat Face, Uninterrupted Print
This is the flat-face version without wrap end caps, so the artwork runs across a single clean plane with nothing turning the corner at the edges.
It is the right choice — and the cheaper one — when the wall sits inline with the frame edges never really seen. If your sides are visible, order the wrap end cap version instead.
Refreshes a Frame You Already Own
The aluminum frame and case last for years; the printed fabric is what dates as branding and campaigns move on.
A new graphic restores the display for a fraction of a complete kit, so the hardware keeps earning across campaigns.
Full Colour Sublimation, Tensions Flat
Printing is full colour dye sublimation with ink bonded into the fibres, so the face reads matte under lighting and photographs cleanly. The fabric pulls taut across the frame and folding creases relax out without steaming.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU775 Wall Kit
This graphic is cut and sewn for our 7.5' straight wall kit, SU775. It is not a universal panel — confirm your frame size and whether it takes velcro-back or wrapped graphics before ordering.
