Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Deluxe Wide Base Pull Up Banner — Double Sided Graphics, 33.5" x 79"
A complete retractable banner printed on both faces: two 33.5" x 79" sublimated fabric graphics, deluxe wide aluminum base, telescopic pole, and a soft padded carry case. Each side can carry entirely different artwork.
Ideal for mall concourses and open retail floors, trade show aisles, conference corridors, lobby and reception areas, doorway and entrance positions, and anywhere the display is seen from both sides.
Two Messages, One Footprint
Because the two graphics are separate prints, the banner does not have to say the same thing twice — an offer facing one way and a brand message the other, or two products, or two languages.
That is a genuine saving in floor space and in hardware: one base doing the work of two stands, in a position where a single-sided banner would be blank to half the people walking past.
The Deluxe Wide Base Feels Solid
The wide aluminum base is heavier and broader than a standard retractable foot, which is what holds a double-sided banner steady in a walkway rather than on a quiet booth wall.
A display placed in open traffic gets knocked; the base is the part that decides whether that matters.
Sublimated Fabric, 290gsm and 600 Denier
Both graphics are sublimated fabric rather than vinyl, with the ink bonded into the fibres — matte under spotlights, no glare, nothing on the surface to crack or peel.
At 290gsm and 600 denier the material hangs dead flat, and the water-resistant, scratch-resistant surface spot cleans with a damp cloth.
Padded Case Included
A soft padded carry case is included to protect the base and cassette in transit — worth having on a unit carrying two printed panels rather than one.
