For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below. You can also upload artwork or request a virtual sample directly through our online forms.

Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

If your artwork files are too large to upload directly, you can share them using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another file-sharing service.

Full 15' Back Wall for 10' x 15' Tent Kit — Sublimated, Single Sided Print
A full-height printed back wall for our 10' x 15' tent, covering the entire fifteen-foot rear span. It attaches to the frame with velcro and turns an open-sided tent into an enclosed, branded space. Frame and canopy are not included.
Ideal for outdoor markets and festivals, sporting events, sponsor activations, sampling stations, parking lot promotions, school and community events, and any site where wind, sun, or a view you would rather block comes from one direction.
Encloses the Rear and Doubles as a Backdrop
A full back wall shelters the tent from wind and low sun and gives you a fifteen-foot branded backdrop for photos, interviews, product displays, and staff.
Reversible Velcro, Print In or Out
The wall attaches with velcro and hangs either way round, so on site you can choose whether the print faces passing traffic or the people inside.
600 Denier Polyester, Water Resistant
Made from the same premium 600 denier polyester as our canopies, the wall is water resistant, and sublimated colour will not crack, flake, or peel.
Flame Retardant, NFPA 701 Test 1
The fabric is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1, as many trade shows, convention centres, schools, and indoor venues require.
Fits the 10' x 15' Tent Kit
This wall is cut for our 10' x 15' tent kit, SU784. It is not a universal tent wall — confirm your tent size before ordering.
