Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Full 15' Back Wall for 10' x 15' Tent Kit — Sublimated, Double Sided Print
A full-height printed back wall for our 10' x 15' tent with artwork on both faces, covering the entire fifteen-foot rear span. It attaches with velcro and turns an open-sided tent into an enclosed, branded space. Frame and canopy are not included.
Ideal for outdoor markets and festivals, sporting events, sponsor activations, sampling stations, parking lot promotions, school and community events, and any site where people see the tent from both the front and the back.
Brands the Inside and the Outside
Both faces print, so the wall works on passing traffic behind the tent and on the people standing inside it at the same time — no wasted surface and no decision about which direction matters more.
At most sites the rear of a tent faces a road, a walkway, or a field of spectators. A single-sided wall gives that audience a blank sheet; this one gives them the message.
Different Graphics on Each Side
The two faces do not have to match. Run the public-facing brand and offer on the outside, and a product board, sponsor wall, price list, or photo backdrop on the inside.
In practice the inward face becomes the working surface of the tent — the wall your staff present against all day.
600 Denier Polyester, Water Resistant
The wall is produced from the same premium 600 denier polyester as our canopies, water resistant against rain, snow, and wind-blown moisture.
Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres, so both faces stay saturated and there is nothing on the surface to crack, flake, or peel after repeated packing.
Flame Retardant, NFPA 701 Test 1
The fabric is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1 requirements — worth having on hand for trade shows, convention centres, schools, universities, and indoor venues that require certification before load-in.
Fits the 10' x 15' Tent Kit
This wall is cut for our 10' x 15' tent kit, SU784. It is not a universal tent wall — confirm your tent size before ordering.
