Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

10' Steel Tent Kit — Steel Frame and Sublimated Canopy
One of our best-selling event tents, and the practical choice when you want a fully branded 10' canopy on solid, no-nonsense hardware. A sheltered, logo-covered space draws crowds outdoors better than almost any other display you can bring.
Ideal for sporting events, festivals, farmers markets, parking lot promotions, grand openings, community events, school and university functions, races, and sponsorship activations.
What's Included in This Kit
This kit includes the heavy-duty steel frame and your fully sublimated 10' canopy. A carry bag and ground stake kit are not included in this configuration.
It is the most cost-effective way into a full-size branded tent, and a sensible pick if you already own accessories or need a second tent for a growing event schedule.
Heavy-Duty Steel Frame
The steel frame is built for solid everyday durability — the workhorse option for teams that set up often, load in and out of trucks and trailers, and need hardware that shrugs off routine handling.
Steel carries more weight than aluminum, which adds welcome stability on site. If minimising carry weight is your priority, look at our premium 40mm anodized aluminum frame instead.
Full-Colour Sublimated Canopy
Your artwork is dye-sublimated directly into the canopy fabric, printing edge to edge for vibrant, high-resolution colour that will not crack, peel, or flake with repeated use.
The canopy starts as white fabric and is custom printed with your graphics, so logos, brand colours, photography, patterns, sponsor panels, and promotional messaging are all fair game.
